Element Case warrants to the original owner, that any Element Case should be free of any manufacturers defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 months from date of purchase. This warranty is conditioned upon the case being used under normal circumstances and being properly cared for. Element Case will replace with the same or comparable part, any component that is determined to be defective during the warranty period. Shipping expenses associated with warranty related work are the sole responsibility of the case owner. Exclusions to the warranty include normal wear and tear of daily use, scratches to the case surfaces caused by dropping the case or placing the case on a jagged or rough surface, or failure of the case caused by placing a heavy load on the case, such as stepping on the case. Modifying the case in any way may void the warranty.
